| this must be a shocker hahaha. I stink so bad at up dateing and checkin
this stuff its not even funny. Update on whats going on. So its been
decided the plane tickets been bought. im headed back to the PI
(philippine islands) for a year. yeah i know last time people read my
site it was thailand. so here the story about the past couple mounths.
I told Gbim my history my prefrence and at confrence Kip cone told me
thailand had alot going on so i thought alright cool. he also knew i
had been to the philippines and would be willing to go where ever God
wanted me. Wayne hannah the aisa regional remebered that my church had
strong ties there and that i had been there before. Long story short
the tickets bought, febuary 15th the day, i would say the bags are
packed but that would be a lie. im officialy a Intern For GBIM. if you
want to check out there site go for it. www.gbim.org

| Wow so the first week of work is over, talk about total insanity. I will never know how pastor Ted did all that plus complete a message for Sunday. Its truly a great Job. Around great people doing ministry full time. Im really lovin this. It ranges from all sort of things to from Digging holes to filing, from building wood barriers to setting up and Puting together church ministry's. I'm still tired out | | |
| So, i have a intresting post planed for you. Gas in hawaii is outragous, its aproaching 3 dollors very quickly. So i have decided to walk to anything that i dont have to be there quickly or if its more then 3 miles away. I have been doing this for about 4 days now and i find it refreshing. Driving is highly overated. you learn not to forget as many things if your walking. Example today: had to go cityhall 1 mile away, to pay property tax for my grandma. Grabed the envelope and walked to the office, waited in line for five min only to find theres no check. turn around walk home pick up check, turn again walk back wait in line for 30 min and walk back. total 4 miles, walk dog, 4 miles. Needed to buy milk 1 mile. Go and build plank for church scafled 3 miles there 3 miles back total 6 miles. total mileage fo the day. 15= amount of money saved for not driving my V8 big block truck, 6 bucks. now you ask was it worth it. ehhh I enjoyed it but money wise not so much. but tonight i did fix the 30 year old family bike so im gonna add that in as well. See how things go. i need to find time to do some laundry soon. random thought.....
Good night oh and i really dont like 6 hour time diffrence. its a whole meal ahead of me | | |
| so I just got two temp Jobs that we keep me busy but also keep me sharp. Job one (pending vote by church members) Pastors assistant. Gopher, prayer partner, file maker, appointment set up person (I will not be called a secretary) church mobilization and follow up. Its a lot of work. My first job really that gives me a check from the church. Its kind of a odd feeling. The next job would be pre school assistant. Helping with the kids, set up special events for the school with sound systems and projectors and power point. its gonna be crazy. I just found out there's gonna be over a 100 kids this year. Insane. all just temp Jobs until January when the move comes. Its gonna help in a lot of ways to prep my self . on a side note worship team went surprisingly well tonight. No major glitches, no bad chords, no nothing. So that is a praise and a half. im happy im getting to play electric again. Its been almost 3 mouths since i got to pick that up. its a real praise having Brain and Roland around to play bass. Now just need some more guitar players an I would be able to get back in the congregation now and then. if you read this before Saturday at 9 PM Hawaii time then please pray for the youth groups kick off/burger bash. I've been preparing a short not message but talk i guess. don't know who for yet but hopefully some new faces. alright now im just rambling and not a very good job at that.
